CLARK Material Handling in Louisville Receives Governor's Safety & Health Award

CLARK Material Handling Company, a leader in the material handling industry is proud to announce that they have received the Governor’s Safety & Health Award for the THIRD year in a row at their Aftermarket Parts Distribution Center located in Louisville, KY. Representatives from the KY Department of Labor and Kentucky Association of Manufacturers were onsite on August 25, 2008 to present the award and join in the celebration to recognize that the CLARK employees have worked over 2,115 days without a lost time accident. Mark Brown, Deputy Secretary of the Kentucky Labor Cabinet presented the award to the safety committee and managers.

CLARK MATERIAL HANDLING COMPANY ANNOUNCES ALLIANCE MATERIAL HANDLING AS AN AUTHORIZED DEALER IN THE RICHMOND & NORFOLK, VA MARKETS

CLARK Material Handling Company today announced it has signed Alliance Material Handling as an authorized distributor of CLARK products in its Richmond, Virginia and Norfolk, Virginia APRs. Alliance is a full service Dealer, featuring full sales and service departments, a rental fleet, an aftermarket parts department as well as a full offering of allied products.

Dennis Lawrence, President and CEO and Bo Maslanyk, National Sales Director of CLARK Material Handling Company of Lexington, Kentucky hosted the nine top performing CLARK dealers of 2007, on a trip to Korea and China from April 4 through April 12, 2008.

CLARK Material Handling Company, a leader in the material handling industry has been named the "2007 Company of the Year" by the Bluegrass Chapter of APICS (Advancing Productivity, Innovation and Competitive Success). The award was in recognition of CLARK's long standing support of the APICS Bluegrass Chapter and the Operations Management profession.

A former Clark employee received a pink pallet jack on Tuesday after his name was drawn in a "Susan G Komen for the Cure" fundraiser.
