Dennis J. Lawrence
President & Chief Executive Officer
Dennis J. Lawrence, a native of Montreal, joined CLARK in June 2005 as President and Chief Operating Officer. In 2006 Dennis was promoted to the position of President and Chief Executive Officer. A successful executive with the Young An Company, CLARK’s parent with over 25 years of management experience, Dennis has held senior management positions with Young An companies in Montreal, Vancouver, Dallas and Bentonville, Arkansas. He has led CLARK’s resurgence with dignity and high moral purpose, and with the support of his talented and dedicated management team, Dennis has grown CLARK’s market share year over year.
Michael J. Grossman
Executive Vice President & General Counsel
Michael Grossman is our Executive Vice President, General Counsel, and Assistant Secretary. Mr. Grossman joined CLARK in 1978. Mike sits on the Board of Directors of the Industrial Truck Association and has served as Chairman of the ITA Lawyers’ Committee. Mike was selected a "Top 50 Kentucky Super Lawyer" by Kentucky Monthly for 2007,2008, and 2009. Mike is responsible for managing the legal and HR affairs for CLARK. He is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame Law School and the University of California.
Chuck Moratz
Vice President of Truck Operations
Chuck Moratz is a 1978 graduate from the United States Military Academy at West Point, NY with a BS in Engineering and also holds an MBA from Golden Gate University. He joined CLARK in 1995 as the Director Engineering Support, and moved from engineering to become the I.C. Product Manager where he was credited with the successful launch of several new CLARK models. In 2003 he became Vice President of Truck Operations where his responsibilities expanded to include truck modification, service, warranty, order entry, traffic and the opening of the new manufacturing operation in Lexington, KY.
Greg Hydes
Vice President of Parts Operations
Greg Hydes is CLARK’s Vice President of Parts Operations. He is responsible for CLARK’s Aftermarket Parts division. He brings over 20 years of experience in the areas of operations, distribution, logistics, and marketing. Mr. Hydes joined CLARK in May of 1999 as the Director of Materials in Lexington. He became the Distribution Center Manager for CLARK’s Aftermarket Parts division in 2001 and has been Vice President since 2005.
Farrukh Ghani
Vice President of Finance & Technology
Farrukh Ghani, CPA, joined the Company in 2000 as an auditor and rose to the ranks of Controller in 2005. In 2008 he was promoted to the position of Vice President Finance and Technology. Farrukh has extensive experience in areas of finance and accounting as well as information systems management. He is responsible for all finance and accounting functions, as well as the direction and execution of all Information Technology at CLARK. Farrukh is a graduate of the University of Kentucky and member of KYCPA(Kentucky Society of CPAs).
Scott Johnson
Vice President of Business Development
Scott joined CLARK in 1995 and is CLARK’s Director of Dealer Development and Dealer Services. Scott is responsible for supporting CLARK’s extensive North American dealer network. Prior experiences with CLARK include Director of Marketing, Director of Aftermarket Sales and Regional Sales Manager Trucks and Parts. He is a graduate of the University of Kentucky. Scott currently sits on the Industrial Truck Association Statistics Committee and is a participating member of MHEDA.
Bo Maslanyk
National Sales Director
Bo Maslanyk is our National Sales Director and is responsible for CLARK Sales & Marketing in North America including Mexico. Mr. Maslanyk joined CLARK in 2006. Originally from Canada Bo has held senior level executive positions in Canada, United States, Mexico and Central America. Prior to joining CLARK, Bo held executive sales and marketing positions with the Construction and Forestry Division of Deere and Co. as well as Vice President, Sales and Marketing for the Construction Equipment Division of Komatsu America.
