Dennis Lawrence President & Chief Executive Officer DennisLawrence@clarkmhc.com Dennis Lawrence joined CLARK in June 2005 as President and Chief Operating Officer and has recently been promoted to the position of President and Chief Executive Officer. A well seasoned Young An executive with over 24 years company experience, he has held management positions with the company in Montreal, Vancouver, Dallas and most recently with Outdoor Cap in Arkansas.

Michael Grossman Executive Vice President & General Counsel Mikegrossman@clarkmhc.com Michael Grossman is our Executive Vice President, General Counsel, and Assistant Secretary. Mr. Grossman joined CLARK in 1978.

Greg Hydes Vice President of Materials & Logistics Gregoryhydes@Clarkmhc.com Greg Hydes is CLARK’s Vice President of Materials and Logistics. He is responsible for CLARK’s Distribution and our aftermarket parts operations. Mr. Hydes joined CLARK in May of 1999. Previously he was with The Lear Corporation.

Chuck Moratz Vice President of Truck Operations Chuckmoratz@Clarkmhc.com Chuck Moratz was appointed to the position of Vice President of Truck Operations effective May 2003. Prior to that, Mr. Moratz was the Director of Marketing and Product Support. Mr Moratz joined CLARK in 1995.

Farrukh Ghani Controller of Finance & Accounting FarrukGhani@Clarkmhc.com Farrukh Ghani, CPA, joined the company in 2000, and is the Controller at CLARK responsible for Finance & Accounting.

Bo Maslanyk National Sales Director BoMaslanyk@clarkmhc.com Bo Maslanyk is our National Sales Director and is responsible for CLARK Sales & Marketing. Mr. Maslanyk joined CLARK in November of 2006. Prior to joining Clark , Bo Maslanyk has held executive sales and marketing positions with the construction and forestry division of Deere and Co. as well as the Construction Equipment Division of Komatsu America.

Scott Johnson Director of Dealer Services ScottJohnson@clarkmhc.com Scott joined CLARK in 1995 and is responsible for Dealer Services. Prior experiences with CLARK include Director of Marketing, Director of Aftermarket Sales and Regional Sales Manager. He is a graduate of the University of Kentucky and is active in industry organizations such as ITA and MHEDA.
