Truck Modification Safety

Modifications, including welding, affecting capacity or safety must have prior written approval from the manufacturer per OSHA.

CLARK will not approve:

• Spinner knobs on hand steering wheels
• Mico brake locks
• Toggle ignition switches
• Jib boom or similar attachments
• Welding on the upright
• Removal of overhead guard, seat belt or safety seat
• Use of non-CLARK parts

Any modification, including addition of attachments, which affect capacity will require a new data/capacity plate.

Check with your Clark dealer before making any modifications.
