CLARK Appoints Dan Kaiser as Director of Finance and Controller
Lexington, KY (November 15, 2016)
CLARK Material Handling Company has announced the appointment of Dan Kaiser as Director of Finance and Controller, reporting to Chuck Mix, Vice President of Operations. He will be responsible for management of the financial and accounting functions of the Company.
“Dan’s prior business experience and successes will be valuable to CLARK and we are fortunate to find someone of Dan’s caliber to fulfill this role,” said Chuck Mix. I’m confident that he will play a key role in providing high quality solutions for CLARK and our dealers.”
Dan brings more than 15 years of finance and accounting management experience to CLARK. He earned an MBA from Indiana Wesleyan University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Bowling Green State University.
Dan has extensive experience in financial management of manufacturing companies, serving in plant and operations controller positions for divisions of an automotive supplier. Most recently, Dan served as Director of Finance for three of his previous company’s business units. He has significant experience in continuous improvement activities and is Green Belt certified in Six Sigma methodologies.
