CONTINUES GROWTH: LEXINGTON, KY – July 7, 2004 – CLARK Material Handling Company announced today that the company achieved net income for the second quarter of 2004, the fourth consecutive quarter that it has reported net income. Brian Butler, CLARK’s President and CEO, commented on the results of the first half of 2004 stating that, “the first half showed a solid increase in new equipment sales of CLARK products.” Butler added, “we expect to meet or exceed our expectations for the year and also meet our commitment to introduce two new product models this year.” An industry leader since it invented the first material handling
truck in 1917; CLARK celebrated its 100th year in 2003. CLARK
